Welcome and thank you so much for your interest in becoming a gestational surrogate with KindEOS.

Our current base compensation is $55,000+ and we have numerous intended parents who are eager to work with qualified gestational carriers.

The application process consists of two phases:

1) The Prescreen Questionnaire (complete below): This is a short questionnaire that screens you on basic surrogate qualifications.

2) Full Questionnaire: You will be prompted to complete the full-length questionnaire once your prescreen questionnaire is approved.
